Your new role
You’ll provide leadership to property administrative and maintenance staff. Provide and foster positive relationships with tenants, as well as external and internal clients. As required, complete weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual inspections.
What you’ll need to succeed
You’ll have experience in commercial, retail or medical property management environments. You’ll ideally have experience in both operations and asset management and know the sizes, tenants and amenities of your past buildings. You’ll have experience establishing and maintaining collaborative working relationships between departments, with coworkers and particularly with other members of a project team.
