We provide excellent and speedy leasing services for our clients, ensuring that their homes are leased to the most qualified residents in the fastest-possible time. Leasing agents are key in this process, as they show, screen, qualify and move residents into the properties we manage.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lease available properties
- Collect Rents
- Manage tenant requests
- Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls
- Walk in traffic
- Scheduling unit showtimes
- General knowledge of real estate/rental industry is highly desirable
Knowledge and Skills:
- Advanced experience using MS Office applications
- The candidate should be computer savvy and quickly adapts to new computer systems
- An individual who thrives in a busy work environment and can easily multitask and effectively manage time.
- Someone with amazing customer service and phone skills who loves talking to new people and going above and beyond to get the job done.
- Self Motivated to get work done in a timely manner.
Education, Certifications, and Experience:
- High school diploma/GED required (associate degree preferred)
- 3+ years’ experience in leasing, hospitality, or administrative work
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Ability to multitask during busy periods
- Strong knowledge of the real estate industry
- Must have an active Florida real estate license
Interpersonal and Communication Skills:
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and drive to provide superior customer service to all parties
- Self-starter attitude and ability to prioritize handle multiple assignments, exercise judgement , and take ownership of projects in the absence direct supervision
- Team player with strong work ethic, pro-active orientation, who can anticipates needs, is assertive, and highly accountable, with a mature and positive attitude
