ISM is currently seeking a seasoned Property Manager to over see the daily operations of a 204 unit Independent Living High-Rise in Clearwater.
This property will be under new ownership. Section 8 experience needed. Leasing knowledge a must.
Future service lines will include the development of a licensed Adult Day Care Center, Outpatient Therapy as well as in house Clinical Services. (Mobile physicians, HHC, Labs, Diagnostics)
Candidate must be able to assess residents to determine the need for 3rd party services. Wellness Clinic to include educational in-services, presentations and health fairs.
Ideal candidate will have property management experience (Senior Living, ALF, CCRC) with medical background (Nurse, PT, OT, ALF Administrator, although CORE certification is not required at this time)
