Our Client is a well-established, public REIT with 35M+ SF of industrial properties, nationwide. They are a full-service company that develops, acquires and manages their own properties. They have a large portfolio in the Tampa market and have asked us to help them locate a Property Manager.
Ideal Candidate will have 5+ years of experience in the real estate industry (office, retail or industrial). Prior experience handling financial operations of a property is a plus and a college degree is required. The Property Manager will be responsible for managing the financial and operational aspects of the properties (approximately 4M SF) and will work closely with the on-site Senior Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager.
