The manager position plays a key role in increasing value of the asset by providing residents with a professional, well run community. To accomplish this goal, the managers responsibilities include; strategy and oversight of leasing vacant apartments, facilitating
successful lease renewals, oversight of rent collection, budget creation and adherence, managing customer service inquiries and requests, coordinating paperwork between tenants / customers / corporate office, overall property training and coordination of maintenance
and cleaning of the building and grounds.

 

Requirements This position requires at least three years of supervisory experience with the property management field. Knowledge of apartment rental, renovation experience a must and collection practices, excellent organizational skills, the ability to provide a positive
work environment and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Physical requirements for this position include the ability to lift 25 lbs., climb stairs, walk between buildings, stoop kneel, and bend and have hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Yardi experience is preferred and some traveling may be required.
