Our client is a large, full-service commercial real estate firm, with a great reputation and properties in 20+ markets. Due to a growing portfolio, they have asked us to find them a Property Manager to oversee an 18-building, 650,000 sq.ft. portfolio of suburban office/flex buildings in the local Tampa market. The properties are located in several office parks, and this is a pretty straight-forward property manager role.
An ideal candidate will:
- Have 5+ years of property management experience, ideally with office/flex space.
- Be detail oriented and familiar with institutional clients.
- Have a Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
