Company Summary
Kelsey Management is an “owner/manager” property management company of over 30 years. We are acquiring a 175-unit property in Tampa and are looking for a driven property manager to manage the property as we spend a significant budget on renovations, interior and exterior. The position will require all roles of leasing and property management to be conducted.
Duties
-Manage Leasing and Maintenance Teams
-Manage maintenance requests and meet vendors on-site
-Post 3-day notices
-Collect rent
-Manage progress reports of ongoing renovations
-Assist corporate team with financial reporting
Requirements
-2+ years experience with a major property management company
-Familiarity with Yardi, Real Page, Appfolio or other leasing and management software
-A vehicle

-Project Management Experience
-CAM License
Compensation: $50,000 – $65,000
