KRI Properties, a fast growing apartment management and investment company has an immediate opening for another experienced apartment Property Manager for the St.Petersburg, area.
Duties to include but not limited to managing the on-site team, taking leasing calls, conducting property tours, leasing, rent collection, coordinating work orders, scheduling contractors, and other tasks typically associated with apartment community operations.
