| We are seeking a motivated Property Manager. The Property Manager is accountable for all property operations including maintaining property rentals by filling vacancies; negotiating and enforcing leases; maintaining and securing the premises. The Property Manager manages and coordinates persons, activities and available resources in order to accomplish property objectives as set forth by the Regional Manager. These objectives will include maximizing occupancy levels and making budget. The Property Manager needs to have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and all other laws pertaining to apartments. The property is 200+ units and is located in the Lakeland area.
