Experience in apartments, manufactured housing, or retail a plus. Email resumes or fax to 866-611-6589 Duties: Maximize the overall operating performance and effectiveness of the community Monitor operational practices and physical condition of property Supervise site staff in the daily operations and on-site reporting requirements, keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly and efficiently Develop and maintain excellent tenant/owner/vendor relationships Supervise eviction in agreement violation cases Monitors property expenses; approves billings to specified limits Be accountable for the overall profitability of the property by optimizing occupancy, Be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the physical asset. Above all, the Property Manager will ensure all superior customer service to residents while maximizing revenue and minimizing expenses to achieve all annual budget goals. Prepares weekly/monthly financial reports Prepares annual budgets Perform property inspections Coordinates projects pursuant to construction, maintenance agreements, or other governing documents OPERATING SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES: – High school diploma or equivalency required – College degree preferred – 3 years of related management experience, retail, hospitality, property or restaurant management is preferred – Clear understanding of the budgeting process and effective financial management and analysis – Must be flexible, willing to work Saturdays, and able to adapt in a fast paced and ever changing environment. The compensation package includes a base salary, (Negotiable depending on experience), a generous commission and bonus structure, as well as, health, life, dental, and vision offered after 90 days of employment. Vacation, sick, holiday pay and 401K are also included in our benefits package. Managers receive quarterly bonuses for superior financial results.
