Full Job Description
- Collecting rent and other property fees from tenants.
- Controlling property expenses, maintenance costs.
- Reporting the property’s financial status, occupancy and expiring leases to property owners
- Meeting potential tenants, showing them the property, speaking with prospects over the telephone and responding to inquires on line.
- Inspecting the property and arranging for repairs.
- Working with the Regional Manager to arrange contracts for maintenance, sub contractors for make ready apartments and other ongoing services.
- Investigating and resolving property complaints and rental violations.
- Make ready scheduling and move in prep.
- Prepare lease paperwork, renewals and application processing.
- Supervise on site maintenance techs.
- Notify owners of any liabilities and safety concerns.
- Communicate with owners and Regional Manager as necessary.

Pay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour
