Lincoln Property Company is looking for an experienced Property Manager for a downtown St. Petersburg multi tenanted office building.
- Minimum of 5 yrs. experience in the complete management of multi-tenanted commercial office buildings. Full service, modified gross and net leases.
- Experienced with the MRI accounting platform, or similar platforms
- Project management experience for TI and BI projects
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- Budgeting and financial reporting experience.
