On-site property manager for a 110 unit tax credit property. Must be CPO certified in Florida with at least 5 years experience with Tax Credit and Affordable Housing. Must have experience with the Florida Housing Finance Corporation. Must know One-site (Real Page) software. Must have REAC experience. Must communicate well with tenants and HUD officials. Would be helpful if you know Spanish. Competitive compensation package
