Lakeshore Employment is currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team in Tampa, FL.

Job Summary:
Seeking full-time Property Managers. Under the direction of the Regional Manager, the Managers are responsible for the community operations, finances, staffing and providing competent and effective leadership.
Job Responsibilities:
- Full accountability for asset appearance, budget review, and maintenance, sales and analysis, collections, limited A/P, and providing top notch customer service
- Demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving skills, the ability to efficiently multi-task, and most importantly, the capability and initiative to really demand and drive results
- Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other laws pertaining to apartments
Requirements
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or GED; college degree preferred
- 3+ years of related experience (retail, hospitality, restaurant management) and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Skills and Abilities:
- Flexible, willing to work Saturdays, and able to adapt in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

We offer our employees a competitive salary; dependent on the position and the area of responsibility:
- Property Manager wages are $35,000 – $38,000; property managers are evaluated after 60 days of employment for housing concession
- Wages include a generous commission and bonus structure for superior financial results
