Momentum Real Estate is a growing real estate company brokerage, which operates rental property in the Tampa Bay area. We are looking for someone who is passionate about property management and desires to expand their skills with our growing company. As a property manager you will have a vital role in the success of your properties. You will be managing properties throughout the Tampa Bay counties, and will have a great deal of independence.
Your management responsibilities will consist of:
Leasing: Property showings, background checks, and lease preparation, move in and move outs, and property walk-throughs
Administrative duties: insurance review and coordination
Management: rent collection and evictions
Job qualifications:

Property management experience.
Section 8 experience is a major plus
Courteous and assertive.
Must have a well operating motor vehicle.
Resourceful and pays attention to details
A desire to exceed in a competitive environment.
Flexibility to answer emergency calls outside of work hours.
We perform background checks. Bilingual applicants and real estate licensees are preferred.
Salary starts at 30k with opportunities for advancement, and bonus incentives.
