Responsibilities :
- Provide leadership, training,motivating,guidance
- Supervision of all on-site employees
- Meeting and exceeding the annual budget in regards to NOI
- Oversee all Leasing,Marketing and Accounting functions and requirements on site
- Oversee and be responsible for the physical condition and maintenance of the property
- Promote and uphold all company policies
Qualifications:
- Property Management experience of 3+ years is required
- Strong Computer skills
- Outstanding communication,listening and people skills
- Ability to develop and lead a team
- Ability to execute company goals and objectives
- College degree preferred
