Are there any active Property Managers in the St. Pete/Tampa who are tired of working for someone else? Are you tired of doing all the work, adding doors, and building someone else’s business? Have you ever dreamt of owning your own PM business? Well here’s your chance. I am looking for one motivated self driven individual to partner up with and open “our” PM business. I already have all the infrastructure in place including a private office in the Gulf Port area, Property Management Software, 2 Rockstar Virtual Assistants, Ring Central Communications Software, Full time maintenance staff, and Assistant PM. You must be licensed and bring all the required credentials, be very experienced, somewhat tech savvy and hopefully able to bring a few doors with you start.
