Property Management company is seeking a manager to work part-time as property manager of a Manufactured Home Community. You will work Monday-Friday -Hours to be determined (15 hours per week) Must be customer service oriented and love to work with people! Some job duties will include, but are not limited to: Administrative office duties – phones, filing, computer work, typing, greeting residents Accounts payable and receivable – CINC software program Errands – bank deposits, post office, etc. Collection of rent checks The following skills are required: Knowledge of general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, etc.) Use power and hand tools proficiently.
