Property Management company is seeking a manager to work part-time as property manager of a Manufactured Home Park Community (30 sites).
Hours will be Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m-12:00 p.m. (15 hours per week)
Must be customer service oriented and love to work with people!
Some job duties will include, but are not limited to:
Administrative office duties – phones, filing, computer work, typing, greeting residents
Accounts payable and receivable – CINC software program
Errands – bank deposits, post office, etc.
Collection of monthly rent checks.
Maintenance-Light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, cleaning
Show Rentals.
Spanish a plus.
MUST BE ABLE TO PASS CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS AND DRUG TEST.
