Currently seeking a full time Property Manager for a Home/Ship/Section 8/ and Market Property in Largo, FL.
The Property Manager must have experience with Section 8, Home and Ship programs.
In addition the Property Manager must possess the following:
1. Ability to communicate effectively
2. Handle record keeping and reporting responsibilities in accordance with HUD regulations
3. Maintain all resident files per HUD guidelines
4. Handle late notices, legal filings and evictions on delinquent rents as required
5. Knowledge and experience with YARDI software or similar software
6. Maintain accurate budgeting functions
7. Trains and Supervises on site team members
8. Ability to multi task
9. Organizational Skills
10. Must be a self starter
11. Willingness to contribute in other areas, i.e. cleaning, grounds,
12. Some type of formal training in the following areas:
a. Fair Housing Laws
b. Rent Collection and recording keeping
