Duties: -Conduct Tours -Prepare Leases -Renew Leases -Oversee Maintenance Requests -Coordinate Inspections -Issue late notices -Collect and deposit rent -Communicate with tenants Requirements: -Reliable transportation -Availablility to work some nights and occasional weekends -Basic computer skills such as Microsoft Office, Craig’s List, etc. -Ability to work independently with little supervision -A track record of integrity and honesty in the work place -A history of long-term commitment to jobs (at least 2 years at last position) -At least 2 recent professional references -Resume complete with contact information, education, relevant experience and job history for past 7 years -Clean background (No felonies) -Strong written and verbal skills Preferred: -Experience with AppFolio, Yardi or other management software -Prior leasing experience-Section 8/ Voucher experience a huge plus -Fluent in Spanish a plus -College Degree preferred but not required Job Type: Full-time Salary: $30,000.00 to $45,000.00 /year Job Location:
