Property manager for approximately 100 properties.
- Management of tenant maintenance request and managing maintenance employees and external contractors to meet required maintenance
- Move out tenants, creating rental analysis of vacancies, posting listing and moving in tenants
- Pay property related bills to vendors, utilities, etc.
- Manage on time payments from tenants, post 3 day notices and assist with evictions
- Ability to use property management software Appfolio or similar program
Must be able to self-manage responsibilities and manage others
