Must have 3 Years experience in Property Management A+
Must have experience with Entrata
Must be well organized, personable and responsible
Experienced in Word, Excel and AMSI
Manage the property staff and ensure high performance
Practice expense control and adhere to budget
Maximize Income and ensure rents are successfully collected
Strong Customer Service skills
