| Ken’s Corporate Housing, Inc. leases and manages a mixed portfolio of residential properties: half are fully furnished condos with our furniture in them and other half are unfurnished condos with no furniture. We also provide monthly maid service with our fully furnished condos. The properties we manage are located in desirable, gated communities of South Tampa including Hyde Park and Harbour Island. We eInvoice our tenants with QuickBooks and most of our tenants choose to conveniently pay rent online with bank transfers (ACH). Our office is equipped with Apple mini-mac computers which run on OS X operating system.

Qualification of Property Manager
You start as Assistant Property Manager and work directly with company owner for the first 2 to 3 months learning and working the business on part-time basis $16 per hour, 4 hours per day, 16 days per month, 64 hours per month, and earn $1024 monthly income before taxes. To be promoted to Property Manager you will need to show competence as Assistant Property Manager and pass a 50 question exam. Once promoted to Property Manager you will earn salary of $2,500 per month, $30,000 per year.
