Experienced Property Manager needed for an immediate start. Possible Temp to Hire for the right candidate. This is a 450 Property Unit for the ederly. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.Experience with MS Office, Yardi and KRONOS required. The right candidate needs to posses the following qualification:

Job Duties
- Promoting resident satisfaction and retention by responding to complaints, questions, and requests in a timely manner, and taking appropriate action to resolve and address service issues.
- Resolves tenant concerns regarding eligibility, rent, maintenance and other matters.
- Trains and oversees assistant property manager, maintenance and house/groundskeeping staff and assures the quality and timeliness of work. Also manages vendor relationships.
- Follows and enforces lease requirements, community policies and Fair Housing Law.
- Adheres to regulatory requirements and compliance documentation standards mandated by the Low Income Housing Tax Credit and U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development.
- Other duties and projects as assigned by property supervisor and agency.
- Supporting resident retention through monthly community interactive events.
- Ensure the property’s maintenance team members comply with the company’s standards with respect to responding and completing resident service requests.
- Conduct regular property inspections and take appropriate actions to ensure that the physical aspects of the property, grounds, buildings, and amenities meet established standards for safety, cleanliness and general appearance and appeal on a daily basis.
- Supervise, support and motivate property staff by interviewing, hiring, orienting, training and leading by example.
- Inspect all make ready units as well as move outs to ensure units are up to standard and that proper charges are incurred if.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $18.00 to $23.00 /hour
