Private real estate investor is seeking a reliable & well organized assistant for property management of single family homes. Real estate experience necessary. Must have knowledge of leases and contracts and be able to understand the terms of the agreements. Responsibilities include daily tenant communications, property management, rent collection, preparation of default notices, evictions, tracking and follow up of tenant repairs and administrative duties.

Multi tasking of projects of the office will require assistant to open new home files, utility accounts and taking calls from prospective tenants of vacant homes, filing and organize weekly billing,

Applicants must have computer skills with knowledge of AppFolio a plus.

Ability to effectively communicate to vendors and tenants. This is a salary position with health benefits. Salary depends on qualifications.
