| Growing property management team looking for dedicated, detail oriented, property manager with experience in management, leasing, tenant relations, section 8/housing, and maintenance.
Duties include: Customer Service Collections Housing program correspondent Portfolio performance analysis – must have appfolio experience Evictions Appfolio management software experience Rental Pictures Listing vacant properties/marketing units Taking calls for, showing, & leasing properties Salary to be determined based on skills and experience. 40 hour work week. Availability during weekday, day time hours is a must. All applicants must have references and pass a background check.
