Job Summary
Boutique commercial property management firm in Tampa, FL is looking for an on-site Property Manager. Candidate must have property management experience and a high level of computer proficiency – experience with at least one of the following:
– Yardi
– Vendor management (HVAC, Landscaping, Roofing)
– Commercial Leases
– Tenant Collections
– Budgeting
– Bookkeeping
