Who we are:

Based in Downtown Orlando, we are a fast growing company currently managing around 250 condos, single family houses and townhouses throughout Metro-Orlando. We have clients from all over the country and many international. Our properties range from 1-bedroom condos renting under $800/month to high-end luxury homes for over $4,000/month and everything in between. We manage homes in four counties and numerous cities and towns throughout Metro-Orlando.

What you need:

1. Active Florida Sales Associate Real Estate License

2. A personal vehicle
3. A laptop computer
4. A unique set of skills

What you do NOT need:

1. Experience
2. A college degree

What this position will entail:

You will be in charge of the leasing and management of 75 – 125 rental properties. Responsibilities will include:

– Marketing vacant and soon-to-be vacant properties, including taking pictures and writing descriptions to be used in the marketing of the home, coordinating showings with existing tenants and potential renters, and physically showing the property
– Tenant screening, negotiating terms of occupancy with potential tenants, lease preparation and other pre-move in correspondence with tenant
– Screening maintenance calls and working out best maintenance option for both tenant and property owner, coordinating maintenance with vendors and tenants
– Tenant move-out and property preservation

Personal Characteristics:

1. VERY well organized; when you’re dealing with over 100 different properties, 75 different owners and 200 different tenants, if you aren’t organized you will fail
2. An interest in real estate and the ability to work hard and learn fast
3. Good written and verbal communication skills; you will be communicating with many different people from many different backgrounds and demographics and effectively communicating with them will make your job much easier
4. Detail oriented and a multi-tasker. I know, every job posting mentions these requirements, but you actually need to be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task for this job. You will have a lot of responsibility and if you can’t be detail-oriented while juggling multiple issues at the same time things will slip through the cracks and someone will not be happy.

Total compensation is a combination of salary, commissions on new leases and lease renewals, and leads for buyers and sellers of properties. Compensation stated below is salary and estimated commissions.
