If you are a Realtor looking for a stable, good salary position in a growing property management company in Tampa we have an open position for you
Job Title: Property Manager (English/Spanish bilingual)
Status: Full Time (9:00AM to 5:30PM) Monday to Friday
A Florida real estate license is required.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Prospecting:
- Prospecting for new properties to increase the company portfolio
- Responding to inquiries, following up and making sales presentations to prospective landlords.
- Preparing and processing Property Management Agreements and related documents
Customer Service:
- Assisting owners and tenants with problem solving, in cooperation with our administrative staff
- Assisting customers who come to the office
- Entering accurately all relevant information regarding Property Management Agreements and related documents into Propertyware software
- Preparing rental listings descriptions following MLS guidelines
- Making deposits of checks received in a timely manner
- Performing field agent duties when a field agent is not available: Posting notification to tenants, visiting and inspecting properties to take listing photos, preparing move-in / move-out reports, posting signs as needed
Qualifications:
- Must have a Florida real estate license.
- Must be fluently bilingual (English/Spanish), in both, spoken and written communications
- Must have at least 1 year of property management related experience.
- Must be detail oriented and have excellent work ethics
- Must be an excellent team player
- Must have experience in an office environment, ability to handle multiple tasks
- Must be able to work well under pressure
- Must possess good computer skills and experience
- No criminal history. Must be able to pass background check
