We are seeking a motivated, passion driven, goal and team oriented Residential Property Manager to become a part of our team! The perfect candidate is someone looking for a career and advancement with a new and growing Property Management Company. This candidate could be based a 1 property or several depending on their qualifications.
Responsibilities:
- Rent collections – maximizing gross potential
- Maximizing vacant and delinquent rent loss
- Maximizing miscellanies income
- Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
- Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
- Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
- Supervise and train property staff
- Enforce property rules and regulations
- Generate traffic in the most cost effective way
- Setting up tours and must have effective marketing abilities
- Manage leads for rentals- follow up on leads for rentals
- Schedule vendor services
- Walk property on daily basis and look for potential liabilities
- Controlling expenses
- Ensuring high standards for work orders that are completed
- Ensuring high standards for market ready show/move in ready units
- Ensuring the properties (common areas, amenities, offices and maintenance shops are clean and presentable at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or other related fields
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
- Ability to build rapport with tenants, vendors and future tenants
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel
- Reliable transportation
