We are currently seeking a qualified Property Manager for our West Bay Oaks and Happy Trails Mobile Home Parks located in the Largo/Clearwater, FL area.
We know you are the key to taking our company to the next level! Our Property Managers will be responsible, under the direction of the Regional Managers, for all aspects of a manufactured housing community. This position is responsible for managing a community and the team members that support it. An A-player in this role is highly organized, has exceptional customer service skills, and is comfortable and passionate about the property management industry, with a proven track record of success.
This position also includes, but is not limited to:
-Driving to expectation of 100% occupancy rate on a consistent basis
-Ensuring 100% collection of all rent and fees in a timely manner
-Ensuring 100% compliance to company home standards around well maintained properties
-Managing to an established property budget – not exceeding the amount allocated – “thinking like an owner”
Job Responsibilities of an A-Player:

-Attending to community needs outside of normal business hours
-Experience with managing budgets
-Plan and execute no less than quarterly resident events
-Experience successfully leading a team and hiring “A-Players”

-Works calm under pressure and is able to follow through on commitments
-Strong work ethic – moves quickly, but with strong attention to detail
-Strong organizational and planning abilities
-Proactive/takes initiative/self-motivated
-Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
Requirements of an A-Player:
-3+ years of experience within the property management industry, preferably in mobile home property management
-Ability to see a project from creation to completion, working within a financial budget. Must be able to envision the end result needed with the project to ensure a proper project plan is put in place.
-Must be bought into the mission and vision of Riverstone Communities and the specific property you support. Must be able to envision ways to support that mission and values at your property.
-Must be willing and take initiative to seek out details and information
-The ideal candidate is someone who likes organization and systems but is adaptable to changing circumstances.
-Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license
-Completed High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
-Ability to be very active – walking, bending, standing and lifting up to 50 pounds.
-Computer proficiency, including the internet and experience using Manage America, preferred
Salary: 34,000-38,000/year, plus bonus potential
