We are looking for a candidate to join our team with experience in property management, repairs and maintenance, and upkeep related to residential properties. Must have a working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair with references to support quality of service. Required skills include attention to detail, customer service skills, professional verbal and written skills, ability to work independently, and on-call responding when necessary. Must possess a good driving record and be able to pass and comply with the Drug-Free Workplace Program.
