Must have experience in Public Housing, Tax Credit, and Section 8. Must know how to process all required forms and income calculations.
Responsibilities include:
- Day-to-day operations of the property
- Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
- Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed
- Provide engaged and dynamic leadership for employees
- Build positive relationships within the community
- Demonstrate strong professionalism and integrity while representing Stephenson & Moore
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 3 years of previous property management experience
- LIHTC, Public Housing, & Project Based Section 8 experience required
- MS Office and Yardi Software experience preferred
- Must have proven track record of success
