A 121-unit condominium association is seeking a Part to full-time (30-40 hours) onsite property manager to manage the daily operations of the property including, but not limited to, oversee property maintenance, employee supervision, vendor relations, administrative tasks, financial planning and record keeping. This job includes a wide range of duties and expectations beyond those listed below, so flexibility and a willingness to learn is a priority. Submit resume with salary requirements.

Job Duties

• Responsible for daily operations of the condominium community and property
• Prepare for and participate in condo association board meetings
• Enforce association bylaws, rules and regulations
• Maintain and implement an emergency preparedness plan
• Maintain open communication with the condo association board members
• Maintain proactive communication with condo community owners and tenants
• Monitor detailed association budget, contracts, and financial transactions
• Supervise Buildings and grounds, including vendor contracts for general maintenance and emergency repairs

Qualifications & Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in condo or residential property management
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Supervision of Maintenance Staff, administrative employees
• Experience using QuickBooks and basic accounting knowledge

• Knowledge of, and experience applying, relevant Florida Statutes, related to a condominium community in Pinellas

• CAM (Community Association Manager) license required
