If you love working with students, this is your ideal position. This role is one of the most important in our business. The Property Manager has full responsibility for running the day-to-day operations at an assigned property which includes: supervision, training, and development of assigned associates to achieve the financial and occupancy goals of a multi-million dollar asset while maintaining the property in good physical condition and appearance.

What Will You Be Responsible For

  • Overall staff management: hire, train, review performance, and empower staff to build a cohesive team in exceeding the property’s goals and objectives.
  • Adhere to and ensure that all on-site team associates adhere to Company’s safety program policies and procedures.
  • You will solve problems for residents, vendors, and associates. You are the go to player!
  • Lead and actively participate in vendor management, i.e. negotiate contracts, delinquencies, etc.
  • Inspect each vacated unit to settle necessary repairs and maintenance prior to next move-in.
  • You will manage a budget and your phenomenal results will speak for themselves!
  • You’ll slay administrative tasks with a vengeance (reports, etc) while dancing to Bruno Mars in the background!
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the manager. (Yes this is the HRish stuff we had to put in this description)

How Will You Be The Right Fit?

Education: High School Degree or equivalency, and college degree is a plus!

Experience: Three to five years of leadership experience in the Property Management industry

Certification/Licenses: ARM, CAM or Both
