HIRING EXPERIENCED PROPERTY MANAGER in TAMPA.

Managers need to be successful in preparing an annual operating budget. They are solely responsible for managing a team to ensure that the community stays within the budgeted guidelines throughout the year. They are responsible to maximize income and minimize expenses to stay within these budgeted guidelines. Grow the market rents at your Community in excess of the competition. Review and analyze monthly statements and report any variance to the Regional Manager. Complete market surveys and maintain a current knowledge of the local market. Responsible for all advertising and promotional activities plus have knowledge with social media networking. Continually inspect the Community and implement an ongoing maintenance and improvement plan. Develop and supervise an ongoing training program for all on site Associates.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the on site operations of the Community
• Managing the Community’s annual budget
• Hiring, training, evaluating, motivating, and supervising all on site team members
• All on site accounting functions
• The physical condition and maintenance of the Community
• Enforcing all Company policies
• Promote and enforce the Company standards related to customer service
Desired Work Education:
• Knowledge of the real estate industry
• Prefer someone with prior apartment management experience
• Management and sales experience
Minimum Education:
• High School Diploma
• College degree preferred
• CAM License a plus but not required.
