It is critical to have good financial reporting skills including preparation of budgets, approval process, variance explanations, reforecasting, review and approve AP and AR, CAM recs. This is with the support of the property accounting team in the home office. There will be some light facelift improvements to corridors, fitness center. It is essential to have strong tenant, vendor and staff relationship skills.
