The CSI Companies is currently partnering with a premier food franchise in search of a property manager for their Tampa region.
Job Description:
I. POSITION SUMMARY
Provides support to the restaurants within a particular territory regarding property management issues. Acts as a liason between property management and facilities.
II. ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Supports Restaurant Operations related to property management issues in the timely resolution with Landlord or other
3 rd parties while fostering a positive and effective business relationship.
Tracks incidents in the ABase database.
Negotiate lease renewals, contracts or subleases for dispositions and obtains internal approval and prepare related documents.
Negotiate, obtain internal approval and document consent requests for additions, or alterations, changes in operations (ie lunch
restriction elimination, etc.) needed from Landlord or other 3 rd parties and responds to Landlord or other 3 rd party requests for
consent along with recommendations.
Ensures any agreements such as lease renewals, amendments, licenses, consents and requests are prepared, reviewed,
negotiated, and executed in the best interest of BBI.
Collects money from external parties on facility and property management resolutions.
Responds to default notices from Landlords or other third parties regarding property management issues.
