A very prominent and rapidly growing owner/operator of industrial properties is expanding their team in the Palm Beaches/north Broward area. We are searching for a Property Manager for a group of 20 industrial properties, approx 1MMSF, and 59 tenants. This position will the main point of contact for tenants, property inspections, work orders, contracts, budgets, variance explanations, quarterly reports, AR, delinquencies, special projects and capital projects as needed.
