Responsibilities
· The Property Manager will be trained to have adaptability to support all the roles within the apartment community and the flexibility to wear every hat when necessary.
· Think like an owner and assume personal accountability, actions, behaviors and results.
· Do your best to execute the business plan for the community and ensure the property is well maintained to meet financial goals.
· Be responsible for understanding and analyzing the metrics of the property and ensuring smooth operations.
· Develop, maintain and execute daily, weekly and monthly activates to ensure occupancy and financial goals are met.
· Accept service requests from residents and route to maintenance for prompt processing.
· Must have some computer experience in MS Word, Excel and Gmail.
· Maintain accurate resident records by updating rents, deposits, application fees and other income receive by residents.
· You’ll be held accountable for the overall success of your community including major operational components such as renews, sales, apartment turns, expense control, resident work orders and rent collections.
Skills
· At least 2 years in Residential Property Management
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Experience preparing budgets, explaining vacancies, etc
· Strong administrative and organizational skills
· Strong time management skills
· Professional image
· Strong customer service
· Knowledge of on-site maintenance requirements including dealing with vendors, contractors and issuing work to the maintenance team

Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
