A premiere South Florida Real Estate Development Company is seeking a primary coordinator to assure that all efforts fully meet and exceed contractual property management obligations. Direct the day-to-day activities, which include but are not limited to:
- Manage tenant relations and coordinate requests for repairs and maintenance.
- Provide prompt and accurate general status reports on properties assigned.
- Interview prospective residents and show apartments and property.
- Determine needs and qualifications and explain occupancy terms.
- Complete leasing process agreement.
- Prepare vacancy reports, and inspect condition of premises periodically.
- Coordinate marketing and/or property promotions.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience managing an apartment community and leasing.
- Demonstrated financial administration of budgets and operational review and analysis.
- Knowledge of conventional, lease up and Class A.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with a customer service oriented personality.
- Ability to exercise judgment and discretion.
- Fluent bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
