Job Description:
Oversees the day to day operations of assigned housing community. You’ll help with invoicing, lease compliance and office management.
Job Requirements:
– The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years’ of Property Management Experience or equivalent work & education
– Needs to thrive in a fast-paced environment
– Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
– Knowledge and experience working with Yardi, Kroncos, Excel & Word
– Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Social Work or Social Science
This is a full-time opportunity working M-F (8:30-5). Paying $18-$23/hr. Immediate start date.
