We are looking for a prudent property manager to be responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned residential properties. This position requires significant travel through the Central Florida region, reimbursement for travel expenses and vehicle allowance provided.
Responsibilities:
- Tenant mediation and eviction assistance when required
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties
- Prepare accurate rehab/repair estimates
- Source and build relationships with local qualified vendors
- Oversee contractors to ensure all work completed on time and within budget to meet strict deadlines
- Property condition reporting, including inspecting property regularly to identify and address issues
Requirements/Skills:
- Proven work experience as property manager
- Competency with MS Office Suite
- Photography skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and be flexible with changing business needs
- Applicant is a self-starter and is resourceful in carrying out work assignments and following through with a positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and access to reliable transportation
