In this role you will:
- Oversee operations of one of our multi-million-dollar properties.
- Coach and lead a team of professionals that provide superior service to our residents, vendors, and peers.
- Have full financial responsibility, including receivables and payables, annual budget preparation, operating and capital expense management, and being a market expert by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Positively impact the organization by exploring opportunities that add value to you and your team’s accomplishments.
- You will accomplish organizational goals and explore opportunities to add value to your job accomplishments.
How Will You Be the Right Fit?
Education: High school or equivalent. (Required)
Experience: Three to five years of leading a property operations team.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
