We are seeking a strong Property Manager looking to grow with our company. The ideal candidate must be customer focused, have strong marketing and financial background, eye for detail, community inspections, renovation experience, effective negotiating and management skills. The ideal candidate will also need to be self-motivated, have a very strong work ethic and with a minimum of five years in property management with at least three years as an Assistant Manager. Ideal candidate must be able to work weekends if needed. The ideal candidate will need to present self in a neat and professional manner at all times.
