Private Real Estate Investment Company located in Tarpon Springs, FL is looking to hire a 5 month Contract-to-Perm Property Manager to help manage their portfolio of single family rental units in Pasco, Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties. Qualified candidates have 1 – 3 years prior work experience with a Property Management Company and must be trained in Quickbooks, and have experience as administrative assistant for residential real estate market, experience working with flippers is a plus.
Since responsibilities are managing rental properties, some weekend work is required (showing rental properties to potential tenants as well as responding to maintenance calls).
This is a small company, no health benefits are offered with this position.If all parties are happy, a permanent position may be offered at the end of contract period.
