Real estate investment company has a full time position for organized office administrator/property manager for general real estate business and management of single family homes.
Communication skills a must. Strong emphasis on reporting and discussing progress and/or concerns with business owner; assisting tenants with rental issues; controlling vendors and expenses.
Ability to cover phones during weekend hours on an as needed basis.
Scheduling maintenance technicians.
Have basic understanding of general home repairs.
Daily contact with tenants regarding repairs, questions and concerns along with vendor/contractor follow up to achieve 100% completion of repairs.
Daily accurate collection of rent, preparation of default notices and control on past due accounts is necessary.
Ability to multitask and be organized in connection with project deadlines.
Computer knowledge with outlook and excel is mandatory.
This is an independent position that requires decision making and communication with the owners, vendors and tenants.
