We are looking for a team player to live at and assist in the management and basic maintenance of a small apartment complex and other properties we own.
Maintenance – must have basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, A/C, painting, and drywall repair. Other duties include some landscaping and cleaning duties. Must have cell phone, good driving record and vehicle.
Management – must show available units to prospective tenants. Pre-screen applicants. Manager will receive $50 per executed lease. Cell phone, computer, printer, and internet connection required.
Must live on the property. An apartment on the property is included with this position.
Qualifications:
2-5 years prior experience
Stable work history
Good references
We also conduct a thorough criminal and credit background check. You must be able to fulfill all requirements. We are not looking for management experienced only candidates.
