We are looking for experienced local property preservation contractors in the state of FLORIDA to join our team.
We have a steady work load so you can always count on having an income. How about less paperwork? We have an elite office staff that will be covering the majority of your paperwork so that you can spend more time completing jobs and earning more money, and not hassling with paperwork.
We offer competitive pay! Pay is every 2-3 weeks, and a pay schedule will be provided so you will know exactly when pay day is. We can also do direct deposit so you can get your money even faster!
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Debris Removal
- Lawn Maintenance
- Winterizations
- Lock Changes
- Board Ups
- Minor repairs
Requirements:
- Must supply your own transportation and equipment
- Must be detail oriented when reporting damages and placing bids
- Must be able to comply with due dates and meeting deadlines
- Must pass a background check, or have an ABC# from Aspen Grove
- Must have a smart phone for taking photos in the field
- Must have general liability insurance
